Sadly, that's exactly what this song will do to you if you are not careful. Okay scratch that last part, let's just say I didn't go to high school - I went to school high; and leave it at that ey? He-he-he, just kidding, I was awesome at school and I finished - you should too and someday you could be amazing, just like me. So where were we? Ah yes - still letting Spotify and Soundcloud feed you music ey? yuk, yuk, yuk. Let's change that now before you hit the play button and risk living the rest of your life feeling inadequate because all the music you thought was amazing is way below the new bar the song is about to set. The first thing you need to do is bookmark this website and come here every day before even thinking of opening your Spotify or Soundcloud app. The second thing you need to do is go out and buy yourself a CD player - it's a round thing that plays music one album at a time, not 50,000 at a time (oh wait 50 million at a time - geez! This is one of those albums with an uncanny ability to redefine a genre in a way no other album will be able to do ever again. Hit the play button with caution if your pop music collection has a really big ego, as this fairly small and humble low budget 5 track EP could severely f* up its self-esteem. A collaborative feel-good album with fellow Brooklyn, New York indie artist, Pretty Pennies, that combines pop, hip hop and R&B in just the right proportions to create an explosive mixture packed with good vibes, the album was released at the peak of Tamara’s independent R&B career and was one of the last notable projects she released before completely switching up her style and subsequently becoming the hip hop sensation she is today.

New York rapper, Tamara Bubble’s December 31st, 2019 single, “Feel Good” will make you feel like you’ve been severely bamboozled by the music industry, and hip hop artists in particular for at least a decade. Forget about all the so-called feel-good music you’ve heard recently, taking into account hip hop, R&B and even pop; now rinse out your ears mentally (don’t poor water in them, that’s bad). Now when you hit the play button keep telling yourself this is really happening, because you won't believe it is. This record is so good you are liable to hit the pause button a few seconds after it starts, just to be sure your heart can digest the beat and is ready for a whole 3 minutes of the lyrical happy ending massage that ensues. The track is so good that if it won a Grammy it would give it to Kanye West. It’s not needy, pompous or desperate for recognition, just superb and spectacular in its own right.

It premiered during Season 3 of ABC Australia’s “Mustang FC”.

Some albums are good, some are great; this is fantastic.

We’re not going to tell you this is the best hip hop record you’ve probably heard this decade. No, we won’t, but by the time you are done listening to all 9 tracks you’ll be telling yourself exactly that. It’s like a hip hop bulldozer careering through the East Coast and knocking every femcee and MC on their backs. This is one of those albums you listen to and then have to listen to all over again to verify that you just heard what you just heard. It’s one of those albums so good it’ll be over before you know it. Each track offers a different musical adventure that’s unique and fresh, yet ever so familiar in some way or the other. It’s got a vibe that sounds and feels like a hostile takeover, which is exactly what this is. Tamara Bubble’s at the peak of her game and this album makes that very clear. Sonically, it’s a potent mix of hunger, passion, immense talent, drive and experience. If you’ve never been to jail before, this is how good it feels to get out; and if you’ve ever been to jail this is what it feels like to never want to go back. Okay maybe that wasn’t the best analogy. Let’s try again. This album is so good, if it was Taylor Swift and you were a straight male fan (she has none) who finally got to meet her and somehow ended up in the sack with her only to find out she had a cock (she does), you’d probably be all over it. Okay that was worse, terrible. Let’s try again. Alright got it – the album is so good you’d gladly trade one roll of good toilet paper (the most valuable commodity on earth right now, thanks to Covid-19) and one antibacterial hand wipe for it. Cherish this and give it the support it deserves, and hopefully before long we won’t have to see Nicki Minaj roll her eyes and blink fast like a freaking psycho while eating a banana really slow ever again - not sexy.

The festive spirit seems to be dragging it's feet a little bit this year so we're starting a little early in case anyone's forgotten. Sure, there has been a lot of tough cookies going around - with the world's economy collapsing, Trump grabbing everyone by the pussy (figuratively speaking), R-Kelly peeing on everybody, Cosby eating everyone's pudding pops, rappers snitching, Brexit and everything in-between, but that's no excuse to miss Christmas, it comes only once a year.

After a long hard 12 months nothing could be more exciting than the thought of packing it all up for at least a week, if not two, and spending some much needed quality time with family and friends to re-energize, come back to center, have a few good laughs and load up on enough milk punch to get through the new year that's right around the corner. Christmas is an amazing time, even for those of us who hate it so much - it's too much pressure, it's too expensive, and it requires too much smiling. But once the lights go up, festive tunes start playing everywhere and we get our hands on some mistletoes - our licenses to kiss any and everyone, everything changes and there is an air of excitement and magic in the air.

 "Ready For The Holidays" is not one of those over-Christmasy tracks that will instantly put you in a Santa Clause suit and have you craving cookies, milk and beer, and inviting little boys and girls to sit on your laps and ask you for stuff. It's not one of those jingle bell, jingle bell songs either. It's a one of a kind. It's one of those festive records you can throw on and not even realise it is Christmas, at least not until you find yourself buying way too expensive gifts for people and wondering just how much you really love them. It's a groovy, exciting party starter with a feel-good vibe that sets the tone for a holiday to remember and will make you fall in love with Christmas all over again. Released back in the Christmas of 2018, it was one of several exciting collaborative projects between Brooklyn, New York rapper, Tamara Bubble and singer, Pretty Pennies. If you like festive songs but you don't like them too festive you'll be amazed that you've never heard anything like this before. So what are you waiting for? Tamara's got songs! This one's got a really juicy gangsta beat that'll make you feel like you are riding in an old school Impala with a fat sack and a pistol in your laps, and lyrically, it WILL murder you - but somehow, and it takes skill to do this - it's not explicit. WTF?

Released back in the summer, "My Way" is another very unique, exciting and masterfully orchestrated hip hop record that stands out from the crowd. It will make you re-evaluate everything you've come to conclude about the genre over the past decade and make you take back everything bad you say about female rappers when they've put their knockers away and their knicker back on. Tamara Bubble's lyrical prowess makes it possible for her to do a whole rap record without having to say or reiterate anything any other rapper, or singer in fact has said in the last decade or ever before - a very serious problem with many rap records today. But not only that, she can do it without excessive cursing, if any at all - now that's talent. No, you won't hear most of the stuff today's female rappers seem to be preoccupied with - how many cocks they can suck, how big their butts are, who can twerk better, or whatever Cardi B, Nicki, Iggy and T.I are yapping about on their songs nowadays. It's got a completely different vibe that's so good and so gangsta it'll be ringing in your head all day right from the very first time you hear it.

Chaos has never sounded so good

Big, loud and sound

 It's easy to throw together a bunch of sounds and turn them all really loud for a really big sound, but then it would just sound like noise. This is one of those masterfully produced tracks that will make you wonder why the infamous loudness wars that has plagued the music industry over the past decade isn't leading to anything good.

The track premiered on the season finale of the popular BET program, "Hustle in Brooklyn" on the 11th of December, and being a Brooklyn artist, she has enjoyed a lot of love and received a lot of praise not just for doing her hometown proud but also for bringing the hip hop crown home and setting the bar super high for every single female rapper out there, whether aspiring, independent, underground or on the main stage.

She says what she means and she means what she says. Tamara Bubble is all about being real and she expresses that on every single track, whether or not it's a club record. Here's a club record that sets an example for new and existing hip hop artists. It shows you don't have to use the same old played out lyrical content on every single song to make it a hit.

It's a simple track about cutting loose and letting go that doesn't try too hard to appease the listening ear or the listener. The song has a very warm, dark and pleasing ambience that makes Tamara's vocal performance really shine through, and in parts of some verses creates an almost intimate feel.
