Don't let the world get you down
But when it inevitably does, all you need to do is recite the last two of the three words in the title of St. Louis, US rap star, Chingy’s new single several times until you start a party – “F*ckem” (repeat x times). Chingy has had to claw his way back to the top independently over the past few years, after a little career setback that is now no more than a little squirt of water under London Bridge when everyone has gone home, after yet another late night out at overpriced restaurants and bars that know everyone in the vicinity has been working too hard to make it more than a few meters from their office building to get a much needed drink; and with every new record, he is revealing little bits and pieces of a whole new and improved sound and style that seems to be manifesting out of the struggle. It’s a little more aggressive, a little more edgy and it's got a lot more attitude. “F*ckem” was released late 2019.
