Yung Rackz
"Trappin Ain't a Hobby"
Hip Hop
So good.
A truly exceptional mixtape.
This mixtape is so refreshing we had to bring it back one more time, and we'll probably do it again in the near future.
Mainstream hip hop makes it so difficult to enjoy rap music sometimes, with all the infusions, crossovers, gimmicks and publicity stunts for mass appeal. When an artist like Yung Rackz drops a new song, album or mixtape there is no doubt what to expect - authentic, original hip hop sounds and lyrics that'll take you away.
If you are not yet familiar with North Carolina's underground rap sensation, Rackz then you better get familiar. This mixtape is packed with 18 solid tracks and every single one of them will remind you why you started listening to hip hop and still continue to do so even as the genre struggles with what can only be described as an identity crisis.
As the name suggests, "Trappin Ain't a Hobby" will take you through the darkest parts of inner city and paint a picture that reflects what life is like there.
Rackz tells stories masterfully delivered with flows that'll make your head spin. If real hip hop is what you need then this free mixtape will fulfil your every desire every single time. It will get you motivated and keep you uplifted throughout. Just hit the play button and let it blow you away.
Explicit.
