This is what Heaven must sound like
When the Bilinda Butchers made their debut back in 2011 with the release of their breakthrough album, "Regret, Love, Guilt, Dreams", they were hailed as one of the most promising new San Francisco, US bands of all time, and not only have they lived up to the expectations of fans and critics, they've left any and everyone who has been inevitably following closely completely blown away beyond their wildest dreams every step of the way. Their sound, a virtuosic mix of infectious, intoxicating sounds, mind-boggling guitar riffs, skillfully drowned out vocals and old school grooves was unique at the time and still remains so up till this day. With a variety of rock influences, they take their name from My Bloody Valentine guitarist, Bilinda Butcher. No other band has ever offered and probably will ever offer what they bring to the table. Their lyrics tell stories so compelling, and paint pictures so vivid even Stevie Wonder could see. They instantly catapulted to superstardom in South East Asia and are still one of the top independent international bands ever to play in the region, where they tour annually. "Boyfriend" was featured on their debut album. The video for the track was released only recently, several years later and has taken the track to new highs. It's a calming, refreshing blend of light, colorful, exquisite, lush tones and blissful harmonies infused with so much love you'll feel like you are floating away.
