"Being a Grown-Up Sure is Complicated"
Alternative Rock
So good, all you can say is "mwah!".
If you are a connoisseur of good music then really really good music has probably been heavy on your mind for a very long time now and you have probably run out of patience and given up trying to navigate the 50 million plus song catalogs most music services are offering these days hoping to discover just one good album. But today is your lucky day. This album is available on Spotify and Tidal, Amazon mp3, and also on CD, so whichever is your preference - really high quality or just average, you'll have no problem enjoying it to the fullest once you've gotten an idea of how good it is and you are ready to take it all in.
If you are one of those music fans that has become so used to throw-away music that you just toss anything in your music player and hit the play button, don't - your heart may just explode from all the emotions flooding in at the same time without prior notice or preparation.
This is not a new album, so if you are an avid music discoverer you need to first find out where you went wrong and how it managed to slip under your radar. It was released as a debut album back in 2007 in Italy and the sensational alternative rock band has now become one of the region's top independent acts. It features 13 solid, groundbreaking records that will change how you think about music discovery and re-evaluate the possibilities when you are out online or in the community looking for new music and bands to discover - yes, the possibilities are indeed endless, just like you thought before you became disillusioned.
"Being a Grown-Up is Complicated" is mainly good because you won't find a collection of songs even remotely similar in any way anywhere in the world. It's fresh, it's edgy, it's honest, meaningful, insightful, memorable, and it speaks volumes to the soul. What's more, if you are suffering knowingly or unknowingly from any form of sickness resulting from listening to too much bad pop music, it will heal you.
This is not one of those albums you listen to and then forget about. And no, it's not the type of album you listen to and then pick out just one or two songs to add to your playlists - it's ALL good. It's one of those albums that if you had a copy of on CD or cassette back in the day, you'd hide it under your bed and have it more closely guarded than the dirty magazines and posters, and let no one ever touch it, not to talk of lend it (yes, there were albums that were that good).
So before you hit that play button, stop whatever you're doing and give this album your full attention - it deserves it. Then put your feel up, and enjoy as it slowly takes you away.
