Love yourself
If you don’t love yourself, you probably suck - let's face the facts. Here’s a song to remind you not to worry so much about sucking or what other people think or say about you while you are getting to know you and finding out how not to suck so bad - that's what life is all about. Alright that's just what we tell ourselves (since we're facing facts right now). We suck too in so many ways (you should see our ashtrays), but we're trying hard. “Homegirl” is the brand new single by London based German singer songwriter, Kileza who is quickly making a name for herself in the UK. It was released on the 30th of January and has received nothing but high praises from some of the most discerning R&B critics out here. It’s a very pop-oriented song compared to most of her releases prior but it’s a pop record that not only makes sense but also has a positive message. It's becoming harder and harder to come by either of those qualities on a pop record these days, let alone both - how refreshing!
