"All My Secrets"
Folk
A chill pill that will set you free forever
This record has a very dull, gloomy yet ever so beautiful tone that will make you feel sorry for everything bad you've ever done your entire life (that's right, everything - we're on to you). With very minimal instrumentation and a very subtle, mildly echoey ambience, it will purge all your sorrows, regrets and shortcomings and spread them all out in front of you so you can see them clearly. It somehow surrounds you with an air of remorse and heals you in ways you never even knew you needed healing or could ever even possibly comprehend. If you've never been to church before it will certainly make you church curious, and if you have been to church it will probably drag you down to the confessional for a really thorough confession - with a priest you'll never ever see again of course. It's deeply moving, deeply cleansing, and most of all, it won't judge you or make you feel like you deserve a good spanking. Rather, it will welcome you with open arms and gently comfort you in a warm, loving embrace. Stick this in your healing music playlists - hopefully you have one, we all need one. The track sits comfortably in position number 12 of Tennessee singer songwriter, Jessamyn's 12 track album, "All My Secrets" and brings the spectacular record to a much deserved climax after what you'd only be able to describe as an utterly pensive, deeply nurturing and satisfying listening session - 12 pure, unobtrusive, super chilled tracks that will make your day every single time.
